What is the estimated shipping time?

Our standard shipping time for in-stock products is 3-7 business days, provided that the order is paid by 2pm so we can send it the same day. However, if you ordered a customized pair of dance shoes, please allow between 7-20 business days for delivery. Please note that we usually require 1-2 business days to create the order before shipping it out and depending on how much orders we have to fulfil first, it might take up to 40 business days (but that\\\'s extremely rare). If you have any concerns about shipping times, please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

Can I exchange my customised dancing shoes?

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for customised dancing shoes, as they are made from scratch specifically to match your individual needs and preferences.

Refunds & returns policy

Order cancellation

We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes or cancel an order. For this reason, we allow all orders to be cancelled as long as we did not start working on your customised shoes. If you have paid for your order and need to make changes or cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. You can email us at info@latindanceshoes.com.au .Once the shipping process has commenced, unfortunately, we will not be able to cancel the order. Thank you for your understanding.

Refunds

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for ordered products if:

• You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 business days not including 2-5 day processing)
• You receive the wrong item
• If the shoes are broken/faulty

We do not issue the refund if:

• Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
• Refunds do not apply to customised items. Customised items are defined as items where you decide which type of heel height, heel shape and type of sole you want. Non customised items have a heel height and shape pre defined that can not be changed. This apply to the type of sole too.
• Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. delayed by a natural disaster)
• Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of latindanceshoes.com.au

*You can submit refund requests within 5 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on page.

If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchange or refunds on custom made dance shoes..

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

How much do you charge for shipping?

We charge a flat fee of $13.95 for shipping in Australia. For any order over $100 USD (or 150 AUD), we offer free shipping! Simply select FREE SHIPPING at checkout. If any glitch appears, simply refresh the checkout page and the free shipping will be granted. And we will work on your dancing heels order

What is the different type of sole dance shoes I can choose from?

We offer 3 types of shoe soles for you to choose from: suede soles dance shoes, rubber soles dance shoes or Smooth PU Leather sole dancing shoes. Suede Shoe soles are perfect for indoor dancing on wooden floor as they provide the necessary flexibility and slide on most dance floors. Smooth PU Leather & Rubber soles, on the other hand, can be used for both indoor and outdoor dancing and are perfect to dance on concrete. While they offer slightly less flexibility than suede soles heels dance shoes, they still offer a significant improvement over regular shoes. I am not sure about my dance heels height & shape.Could you please help with basic informations?

Choosing the right heel height and shape for your dance shoes depends on various factors, such as your confidence in heels, dance level, and the chosen dance style. As a general guide, for Latin dance shoes, beginners with no experience walking in heels should get a 4.5 cm Cuban heel or a 1 inch character shoes. For beginners to improvers, we recommend purchasing a 7cm flared heel (Heels #1995). If you are an intermediate to advanced dancer, you can buy any of our heel height and shape that best suits you. For ballroom dancing, we recommend buying ballroom dance shoes with cuban heels shape, block heel shape or character shoes. Improvers to intermediate dancers can order a 6cm to 7cm flared heel.
