Welche Artikel kann ich umtauschen?
All of our dance shoes are fully custom-made based on your selected specifications (heel height, shape, sole type, size, and material). For this reason, all sales are final — we do not accept exchanges or refunds unless the item is faulty.

- Since all of our Tanzschuhe are custom-made to your specifications (including size), we are unfortunately unable to offer exchanges or refunds for incorrect sizing.
We strongly recommend referring to our sizing guide before placing your order. If you’re unsure about your size, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help you choose the best fit before your shoes are made.

What is the process for an exchange if my product is faulty?

- Let us know if you want a new pair or a refund
- Warten Sie auf unsere Anweisung, die ursprünglich gekauften Tanzschuhe zu schicken
- Sobald wir die ursprünglich gekauften Tanzschuhe erhalten und einer Qualitätskontrolle unterzogen haben, schicken wir Ihnen ein weiteres Paar zu.
Änderung der Meinung Erstattung für nicht individuell gestaltete Artikel
- Nicht kundenspezifische Artikel sind definiert als Artikel, bei denen die Höhe des Absatzes, die Form und die Art der Sohle vorgegeben sind und vom Verbraucher nicht geändert oder entschieden werden können.
- Schuhe mit Gummisohle sind Sonderanfertigungen. Alle Gummischuhe sind nicht erstattungsfähig.
- Any men shoes with rubber soles are customised.

All orders are considered final once placed. If you wish to cancel, please email us immediately. If we receive your request before production has started, we may be able to issue a refund. Once production has begun, cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
Product images are illustrative only; heel height and heel shape are fully customisable, and the final shoe is manufactured strictly according to the heel type selected by the customer at checkout.
Damaged & Faulty Items
- Wenn der Schaden oder Fehler geringfügig und Sie möchten Ihre Schuhe behalten und sie selbst reparieren lassen, bieten wir Ihnen $20 Rabatt auf einen neuen Artikel Ihrer Wahl bei Ihrem nächsten Einkauf (ausgenommen Sale-Artikel und nach Überprüfung). Andernfalls senden Sie uns die Schuhe nach der Qualitätsprüfung einfach ungetragen zurück und Sie erhalten einen neuen Schuh. Bitte beachten Sie, dass jede Rücksendung zuerst unsere schriftliche Zustimmung erfordert.
- Wenn Sie glauben, dass der Schaden oder Fehler Major, Bitte senden Sie uns Fotos an info@latindanceshoes.com.au damit wir eine Bewertung vornehmen können. Wenn wir mit Ihrer Bewertung einverstanden sind, werden wir Ihnen ein gleichwertiges Ersatzprodukt zur Verfügung stellen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass die fehlerhaften Schuhe an unser Geschäft zurückgeschickt werden müssen (ungetragen und unbenutzt, ohne Spuren auf der Sohle). Bitte beachten Sie, dass wir keine Rückerstattung organisieren können. Sollten Schuhe beschädigt sein, wird ein neues Paar auf unsere Kosten hergestellt und versandt.

We use Australia Post and other shipping companies for all deliveries throughout Australia and overseas.

Important note:
To keep shipping costs affordable, all orders are shipped without signature on delivery. By placing an order, you agree that the parcel may be left in a safe place (“Authority to Leave”) at the delivery address if the postal service or courier (e.g., Australia Post) determines it is safe to do so.Once the carrier confirms the parcel as delivered, responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or failure to retrieve the parcel after it has been delivered or left in a safe place by the carrier.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is correct and that the location is suitable for safe delivery.
If tracking shows delivered but the parcel cannot be located, customers should contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

I am not home, what would happen to my dance shoes?
Our delivery driver will deliver your dance shoes, or leave them in a safe place if he find one.
However, if you are not home, don’t worry, they will be redirected to the closest post office / partner.
Our partner will hold the shoes for a limited time. We will notify you if you need to pick them up. If you don’t collect them within a limited timeframe (independent from us – time held is about 5 business days. Anything after that is your responsibility), you will be responsible for the loss, and Latin Dance Shoes Australia cannot be held accountable. We will make every effort to retrieve and return the shoes, but please note that sometimes they are not kept, and we may not receive them back. Any costs incurred in this process will be your responsibility and if they are loss, we do not refund them.
Exceptions
Note that due to high shipping cost, there is no refund or exchanges for customised orders from New Caledonia & Guam. Those are finals.
